Our dinner titled Moments in Motion 🌀 was truly an unforgettable evening. Guests were greeted by golden hour in Brian Madden’s Dogpatch based studio. We started the night off with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from Vannucci Wines and a Spritz Italiano from De Soi, paired with spring oysters.

Chef Madeline took us on a culinary journey through four more courses, including:

* Chioggia Beet Carpaccio
* Littleneck Clams and Tokyo Turnips
* Rack of Lamb
* Rhubarb Pavlova


Florals were strung from the ceiling and throughout the tables by local based florist Cosmos Collective.

In between each course, we had a moment of connection through various activities:

Collaborative Art: Markers started on each end, and guests drew what felt right to them before passing to the person next to them without dropping the pen.

Polaroid: Each guest captured their moment in time—whether a selfie, their dish, or a new friend.

Colorful Chairs: As the meal came to a close, guests were assigned a color (blue, red, yellow, green) and shuffled around the table to meet a new group with the same color.

We absolutely LOVED getting to meet so many new friends and share this experience together.
